Your massage will be designed specifically for your body’s needs. If your goals include: reducing the effects of stress, relaxing and loosening tight muscles, reducing painful and chronic muscle tension, and relaxing and rejuvenating the whole body, then you have found the ideal practitioner. She is also an excellent choice for someone to work therapeutically and specifically with your pain and/or limited movement. Whether your discomfort or loss of ease in movement has been caused by accident, repetitive movements, poor posture, poor body mechanics, incorrect ergonomics in the work place (or at home), sleep habits, emotional holdings in the body, or some other cause, Patricia draws on her broad education and training and skillfully works therapeutically to bring pain relief and increased range and ease of movement.

Patricia has found that typically using a combination of techniques works best while practicing a holistic/integrative approach attending to the whole person: body, mind, spirit and emotions. She listens to your preferences as to how much pressure you like (i.e., deep, medium, or light) and carefully observes and assesses how your body is responding to the amount of pressure being applied. She strives to provide a comfortable and safe space to encourage healing and a profoundly relaxing experience.
