| While it involves touch, Rosen Method bodywork is not massage. Rosen touch, which practitioners call "listening touch", is a point of access to the unconscious through the body -- a means of reaching and connecting with our inner world of feelings and sensations. Under the stimulus of Rosen touch, we begin to feel and trust who we are, recording these experiences with our hearts and nervous systems. This is how we learn and change. |
